1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using App Uninstaller ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

App Uninstaller is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on any Mac computers you personally own or control.

The free trial provides full functionality for 3 days from first launch.
A one-time purchase of $9.99 USD unlocks the Software permanently.
The license includes all future updates at no additional cost.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
Share your license key with others.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The Software deletes files from your computer as directed by you. You are responsible for reviewing the list of files before confirming deletion. The developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of the Software.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the Software does not function as described. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
